Online Payments - NOW AVAILABLE

Homeowners can pay association dues 24 hours a day, 7 days a week online using e-Checks.  Click on the Online payment link, set up an account and you are ready to go.  There is a $2 fee for using this service charged by the 3rd party vendor.  Additionally, if you call the toll free number and a representative takes your payment over the phone, there is a $5 surcharge.  To avoid any fees, you can set up automatic payment through Diversified.    

You can also pay by Visa, MasterCard or Discover.  There is a $14.95 convenience fee charged by the 3rd party vendor.
