Diversified Property Management works closely with Board members to facilitate the needs of the association. This includes overseeing fiscal management, vendors, covenants etc.
Diversified Property Management only works with vendors that are licensed and insured. This gives us the assurance that the vendor is credible and knowledgeable in their field. A well written RFP outlining the scope of work that can be incorporated into a contract and is the first step in hiring the right vendor. Because we are a locally owned and operated company, we also look to hire local vendors first!
