If you have ever visited the Diversified Association Management Colorado Springs office, you have likely been greeted by me upon your arrival. My name is Boots, I am the Director of First Impressions at Diversified. My primary role is setting the tone for our organization. As the first and last person our clients see when they are in the office, I play an instrumental role in ensuring a positive experience. As a fundamental part of the office, I take HOA management very seriously. I love seeing homeowners who take care of their pets and follow the HOA rules. I have a few tips to keep your pets happy and to avoid pet problems in your community. 1. Keep pets on a leash when walking! It is not only part of the covenants but a city ordinance as well. From firsthand experience, I can tell you not all pets are as sweet and friendly as me. 2. Pick-up after your dogs! Even dogs notice when your community is kept clean and well maintained. Whether you live in a Condominium, Townhome, or single-family home your dog is part of the community and needs to follow all of the doggy rules listed above. If you have any other pet-related questions, I would encourage you to stop by and say hello. Free belly rubs, and treats are always encouraged. Thanks for Reading! Boots – Director of First Impressions
