Brittany Rodgers, CMCA®, AMS®
Brittany Rodgers joined Diversified in 2016 as a Community Manager. Brittany’s primary role is assisting communities with day-to-day business and various special projects. This includes covenant enforcement, repair and maintenance, budget preparation, and stellar customer service. Brittany's best strength is building relationships with her Boards of Directors.
Prior to joining the team, Brittany worked for a management company as a Community Manager for two years. Her earlier career included working at Trader Joe’s and as a Shipping and Receiving Clerk for a large automotive company.
Brittany loves to be creative; she enjoys painting, drawing and creating chalk art masterpieces. She also hikes and takes her dog for long walks. Her favorite travel destination has been Kualoa Ranch, Hawaii, which also happens to be the set of one of her favorite movie franchises, Jurassic Park.
