2019 is rapidly approaching, only three days remain until we ring in the new year—bringing with it celebration, reflection, and planning for the future. As we wrap up 2018, we would like to take a moment to reflect on cherished memories and some company highlights from this past trip around the sun. We are full of gratitude for our extraordinary relationships with our board members and homeowners, and are privileged to partner with your community! Our staff is second to none. This year the Diversified team focused on creating updated process flows, adding new requirements to our vendor vetting process and hiring a dedicated manager to oversee the intake process when taking over a new community. We also started quarterly “Catch Up” days, devoted to filing, purging, and organizing without phone or email interruptions. Diversified added a Community Events Team to build community involvement with memorable activities that are enjoyable, compelling, and affordable. We have a full menu of events to choose from. We hosted Board Member Orientation classes to educate Board Members on the responsibilities of an HOA, and hosted a Board Member Appreciation event to show our gratitude for our volunteer Board Members. Since Diversified is locally-owned and operated we believe in giving back and are actively involved in the Colorado Springs community. We were recognized for the 2018 Best in Business award and Healthiest Company by the Colorado Springs Business Journal. We hosted a Wellness Challenge for our staff which included, talking with a nutritionist, bike to work day and office yoga. We also made Build a Bears for our first responders to take to children in the community. Diversified rallied with other local management companies to compete in a food drive benefiting Care and Share Food Bank and raised $1,673 and 158lbs of food, equaling an astounding 13,516 meals. Since our Director of First Impressions is a dog, we also support the Humane Society. We are actively involved with the HBA and the Southern Colorado Women’s Chamber of Commerce. Some other team building events included, Take a Turkey to Work Day, where we donated frozen turkeys to families in need and Painting for a Purpose, both supporting Care and Share Food Bank. We hope this year brought you contentment and that next year is filled with success, peace and happiness. Thanks for reading! ![]() Tracy Martin - Principal

While we are lucky enough to have all four beautiful seasons, the first snow in Colorado also means snow removal in many of the communities we manage.
